A business page represents an organization. A professional profile represents a person. Create a new page or claim your exact existing profile.

New pages need no owner approval. Existing-profile access requires authorization, not just a confirmed email.

How it works

1. Create or claim

New to Mate Estate? Create your professional profile directly. Already listed? Find your profile and request ownership.

2. Tell us about your work

Add your business details and service areas, then review your information before submitting.

3. Publish or get verified access

Sign in, confirm your email, and publish a new page. Claims check available evidence; access stays protected when authorization is unresolved.

4. Manage it all in one place

Your My Business page lets you edit your profile and respond to appointment requests.

What to expect

  • You're in control. New pages can be published from your account. Existing-profile claims keep their access checks.
  • Manage your business in one place. Once your claim is approved, you can access My Business to manage your profile.
  • Reviews are based on confirmed meetings. Both the buyer and professional must confirm the meeting took place. Reviews aren't removed simply for being negative.
  • Buyer privacy matters. You'll see a buyer's email address only after you accept their appointment request.

Why have a profile

A profile homebuyers can browse

Your profile sits in a nationwide homebuying directory. Listings and available service areas vary by region.

A profile you control

Keep your title, bio, specialties, service areas, and contact details up to date yourself from your My Business page.

Appointment requests

Receive appointment requests from homebuyers and accept or decline them, all in one place.

Clear, honest information

A complete profile helps buyers understand who you are before they reach out.
