Mate Estate is an informational directory. We do not endorse any professional, and listings do not constitute advice of any kind. We do not independently verify licenses, registrations or credentials — always confirm them with the issuing authority before hiring anyone.

Featured listings and Spotlight stories are paid placements and are labeled as such. Payment never buys a verification claim, an endorsement, or a guaranteed outcome.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Professionals can authorize team members to help manage a listing; the account owner is responsible for their team's actions. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service, harass other users, or submit false information.

Signed-in professionals publish and manage their own listings. Listings submitted without an account, and claims to take ownership of an existing listing, are reviewed by our team before they take effect. Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their information and for keeping it up to date.

Growth and Elite are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Featured boosts are separate one-time purchases that place a listing prominently for a fixed number of days.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your location, Stripe or its affiliate Link may act as the seller of record for your order, collect any applicable tax and handle payment questions; in that case your card statement shows "LINK.COM", and the payment terms shown at checkout apply. Prices, renewal dates and taxes are shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy.

You can cancel a subscription at any time with "Manage or cancel subscription" on the pricing page; paid features remain available until the end of the month you have paid for. Cancelling or changing a plan never deletes your profile, listings or history. Features marked "coming soon" are not included yet. Boosts end automatically after the chosen period and do not renew.

You keep ownership of the content you submit — reviews, messages, photos and listing text — and grant us permission to store and display it as part of the service. Reviews must be genuine and based on a real, completed meeting arranged through the platform. We may remove content that violates these rules; removed reviews can be appealed once, and reports are reviewed by our team. Negative reviews are not removed simply for being negative.

The AI Concierge is an Elite feature that answers questions about using Mate Estate and summarizes your own authorized account activity. It can make mistakes, and its answers are not professional, legal or financial advice. Do not share passwords or confidential client information with it.

The Homebuyer Assistant, budget tools, rate explorer and Dream Team suggestions are general educational information only — not legal, tax or financial advice, and not a loan offer or approval. Demonstration profiles and sample rates are fictional and labeled as such.

Do not scrape the directory, impersonate others, submit false listings or reviews, misuse messaging, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The operator owns Mate Estate and its software, design, documentation and branding. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

You must not use Mate Estate unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security — including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping. We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

We work to keep Mate Estate running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions, advice or services of listed professionals, or for indirect damages arising from use of the site. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
