Refund Policy

Mate Estate offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Growth and Elite plans and on Featured boosts. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Signed-in customers can refund a plan instantly from the billing section of their dashboard by tapping “Refund my purchase”. Each account, business profile and payment customer can use this automatic refund once; the plan ends immediately. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. For any other request, including boost refunds, contact us and we'll help.

After a refund

When a plan is refunded its paid features end; when a boost is refunded its featured placement ends. Your profile, listings and history are never deleted. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
